The Folk Heritage Museum recreated the traditional settings in which folk stories were once told. Elderly from different parts of the country were invited to be part of this programme to revive the art of storytelling giving children a sense and experience of this important tradition of folk storytelling. A total of ten folk storytelling sessions were held with children from the capital city. These sessions were recorded and aired on social networking sites to reach a wider Bhutanese audience both within and outside the country.
